Tom Sargant

As Commercial Director, Tom leads both the commercial and pre-construction function for the business. A member of the Executive Management Team, Tom is responsible for identifying and profiling opportunity for EPScm Ltd , conversion of those opportunities to contract award and managing all commercial activity through to project completion and beyond. Tom is an experienced Quantity Surveyor, starting his career as a PQS and later spending 7 years with a UK Top 50 principle contracting organisation, most recently in the role of Commercial Director. While there he delivered a portfolio of projects for blue chip clients in the private and public sectors, Tom strengthens the EPScm Ltd ethos of developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, supply chain and staff.
