Tom Sargant

As Commercial Director, Tom leads both the commercial and pre-construction function for the business. A member of the Executive Management Team, Tom is responsible for identifying and profiling opportunity for EPScm, conversion of those opportunities to contract award and managing all commercial activity through to project completion and beyond. Tom is an experienced Quantity Surveyor, starting his career as a PQS and later spending 7 years with a UK Top 50 principle contracting organisation, most recently in the role of Commercial Director. While there he delivered a portfolio of projects for blue chip clients in the private and public sectors, Tom strengthens the EPScm ethos of developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, supply chain and staff.
