Head of Health, Safety and Environment
Rebecca brings over seven years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental leadership. Her career spans multiple sectors, including Facilities Management, High-End Retail, Utilities, and Construction, with her most extensive experience in Aviation.
During her time at Heathrow Airport, Rebecca contributed to a range of complex projects while achieving her NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma. A standout career highlight includes her involvement in the HS2 Wendover Green Tunnel project, part of the UK’s landmark high-speed rail programme.
Passionate about developing others, Rebecca has led teams of health and safety professionals and was recognised as Mentor of the Year and a finalist in the Women in Construction Awards.
Since joining EPScm, she continues to strengthen health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects while working towards her IOSH Chartership. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys exploring new places with her dogs, staying active, and spending time in Cyprus, where her Greek Cypriot roots make it feel like home.
With her dedication to safety, mentorship, and continuous improvement, Rebecca is a valued member of the EPScm team.
