With an MSc in Construction Management along with MCIOB accreditation, Nick is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive knowledge of the construction industry based on over 25 years’ experience. Nick has the ability to manage and coordinate all construction activities and ensure that every project deliverable is achieved in line with safety, quality, design, programme, cost and timeline outcomes. Possessing excellent management skills and adaptability, enabling the development of effective teams and strong communication skills with clients, consultants, colleagues, and sub-contractors. Nick also welcomes the opportunity of continuing to mentor and supervise those within the initial stages of career development within the construction industry. A flexible thinker who takes pride in tackling new challenges, problem-solving to overcome unexpected complications whilst remaining level-headed and objective throughout.
