Gary brings 27 years of experience delivering complex, high-specification projects across life sciences, pharmaceuticals, education, and defence. Known for thriving on challenging, technical briefs, he has played a key role in some of the UK’s most advanced research and manufacturing facilities.

Career highlights include the £79m Project Capella CL3 wet lab facility for the University of Cambridge, the £35m Rosalind Franklin Institute biochemistry laboratory at Harwell, and the £132.5m Vaccine Manufacturing Innovation Centre (now Catalent) — all delivered to the highest quality and technical standards.

Gary takes pride in helping to establish EPScm’s bespoke life sciences and pharmaceutical offering, securing and delivering major projects for leading organisations, including Moderna. He is also committed to mentoring junior design managers, ensuring knowledge and skills are shared across the team.
