Gareth’s quality is in his ability to educate rather than dictate the requirements and benefits of compliance and continual improvement to our delivery team. Perhaps this model of education through leadership comes from serving with the British Army’s Royal Engineers, Gareth has also gained valuable construction sector experience working with notable commercial construction organisations and specialist suppliers.
