An experienced project and programme manager with more than 30 years’ experience in the fit-out and commercial construction sectors including extensive experience in civil and structural engineering. Dave is a firm favourite with our key clients notably Alpine F1 where Dave has been very successfully delivering a programme of estate facility improvements over the last three years. A first-class communicator with extensive experience in managing complex schemes where stakeholder engagement and design coordination are key success factors. Dave is also a champion of quality and environmental standards and an accredited compliance auditor. Dave has also delivered a number of projects in the capitol where detailed logistics planning is essential to ensure the timely delivery of projects in one of the most challenging construction environments in the UK.
