Amanda Rackley

A new addition to the team, Amanda has been in business development for over 12 years, the last 8 of those working as a Business Development Manager solely in the construction industry. During this time she has worked across the spectrum of the industry, from professional services organisations providing dispute resolution at top-tier level, through to subcontractors looking to branch out into commercial end-users who she has helped secure major, long-term commercial contracts.

Amanda loves everything about the role and is passionate about finding exactly the types of projects we deliver best and building relationships with companies we’d love to work with. Seeing those relationships develop into ongoing partnerships is the most rewarding part.
