With 20 years of experience in construction, Ben brings a wealth of expertise spanning aviation, commercial, and technology sectors. His impressive career includes 12 years at Heathrow Airport, where he played a pivotal role in major infrastructure projects.

Career Highlights & Achievements

Ben’s extensive background in managing complex projects makes him a valuable addition to our team. Some of his key career achievements include:

  • Leading the closure of Terminal One – a landmark project in Heathrow’s long-term development.
  • Delivering a state-of-the-art special needs school for Portsmouth City Council, creating an enhanced learning environment for students.
  • Winning the prestigious Heathrow Health & Safety Oscar, becoming the first-ever recipient of this significant award.

Ben thrives in high-pressure environments, tackling challenges head-on and mentoring the next generation of construction professionals. Since joining EPScm, he has been expanding his expertise in the Motorsport sector, learning what it takes to drive success for race teams through top-tier infrastructure solutions.
