New Leadership Appointments

Conor Porter has been appointed as Managing Director. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Conor’s extensive expertise and passion for driving EPScm forward will be instrumental in our continued success. His leadership will ensure we remain at the forefront of construction management excellence.

James Poffley will step into the role of Operations Director, taking over from Conor. James’ technical expertise, charismatic approach, and inclusive leadership style will be invaluable in optimising project delivery and maintaining the first-class service our clients expect.

A Special Thank You to Jamie Cole

After nearly 20 years at the helm, Jamie Cole, owner of EPScm, is stepping back from the operational side of the business. Jamie’s vision, leadership, and dedication have been the foundation of our success. While he transitions away from daily operations, he will continue as Founder and Business Owner, providing strategic guidance and support.
