James joined us as a Management Trainee 11 years ago and through our in-house development programme, has progressed to be Operations Director. He’s widely recognised by our customers because he is 6ft 7in tall!

He’s actually known for his technical expertise, strong planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects, and just as importantly for his hands-on, customer-focused approach.
